Happy Tails and Nine Lives

Its been raining cats and dogs the past few weeks here in Australia so here we have some examples of the Happy Tails and Nine Lives Stamps and punches.

They are just adorable and so many different variations can be made.

I found inspiration on Pinterest and cased with some adaptions and personalisation, thanks to Stamp with Nellie, Susan Campfield, Wendy Cranford, Danielle Kassing, Sallystampers and Jennifer Michael.

Using the happy tails stamp I stamped my own DSP background, layered up the image and stamped in kennel, then on a seperate piece of paper stamped the dog and punched out.

This card was made to be a open window card, I cut out the window using the stitched framelets, stamped and punched out the dog, on the back of the dog I attached a piece of card and glue in place so the dog is sitting in the window. I then stamped the inside of the window so my position was correct.

For this card I punched out cats in different colours. Laid them on the white mat and glued them in place, when the glue was dry I trimmed the card to the right size.

This card was made by die cutting the heart out, then punching the cat into the heart.

I love this colour, even though its now retired. For this card I die cut the square and then stamped to make it look like DSP, I did the same for the white card. I then stamped and cut out the sentiment with dies and finally stamped and punched out the cat.
